Randal Phillips is currently head of the Beijing office and the Asia business of the Mintz Group, a global investigative company. He previously worked for the US CIA for near 30 years, and most recently held the position of Chief CIA representative in China. Needless to say, his background and expertise and knowledge of China and Asia run the gamut of politics and security to economics, investments and trade. We look forward to having a discussion with him on his previous experiences and outlook on the future for the region.
